Submissions are welcome, but may be edited for clarity and length. Documents (.doc files) written and produced in MS Word is preferred. The Publisher reserves the right to reject a submission for any reason. Name, address and phone number of author is required as is written permission from said author to publish. Photographs must include names of subjects, location of the photograph, name of the photographer and permission from said photographer publish. Digital photographs should be at produced at 300 dpi for the best reproduction and 200 dpi will work well. The size we prefer is 4" x 6" and we can make the adjustments from there. Film photographs can be scanned at ACD for reproduction and usually reproduce well. Never feel that your event is too insignificant for ACD. We pride ourselves in spotlighting the "regular folks" of carriage driving.

Deadlines are the 15th of January for the Spring Issue, the 15th of April for the Summer Issue, the 15th of July for the Fall Issue and the 15th of October for the Winter Issue. Submitted materials will only be returned with prepaid packaging and postage. Care will be given to avoid damage to materials, however, ACD, LLC assumes no responsibility for such damage. Articles submitted and published will entitle the submitter to that issue free or if a subscriber, a one issue subscription extension.
All materials in part or whole are protected under current copyright law unless otherwise stated. Reproduction of any material requires written permission from the publisher or the author of said material. Permission is generally granted at no cost to not-for-profit clubs and organizations who wish to reprint articles for their associations’ newsletters.
